Award winning photographer and artist Cereinyn Ord studied Film at York University while training in the camera department on commercials. After University, she worked at a boutique editing and design agency (Reelsuite) as an offline editor and interactive designer in Toronto, Canada.

She moved to London, Uk and raised financing through Centa and the New Entrepreneurial Scholarship to start a company photographing and providing art direction for FMCG and luxury retail companies such as Heineken, Random House and Marc Jacobs. She worked in-house for M&C Saatchi as an Art Director on RBS/Natwest, Ribena and London Transport accounts.

She has curated and exhibited her photography and illustration internationally (list of exhibitions below), was a member of the Daydream Network collective and was officially sponsored by Courvoisier White Label as the Observer’s UK Top 25 in Art. Her work has received awards from Courvoisier Future 500, D&AD, Associated Press and Centa. During this period, she received feature coverage and interviews in magazines like Art and Design China and Computer Arts France.

Most recently, over the last 4 years, she has explored new paths including how games and film can both inform and convey new methodologies that aid in bettering social health and create more sustainable societies. This led to the development of a social gaming platform, Adjustable Human. She also worked contributing analysis, looking at energy markets, for Tempus Energy, a clean energy technology company that successfully took on and won a legal challenge against the European Commission and UK government over the unlawful capacity market.

She also produces easy to understand, highly visual films that deal with complex ideas. Her main focus lies in valuable, paradigm shifting research that reframes the concept of value and disseminating it to the wider public. Clients include Cambridge University, UCL and Horizon 2020, Brighton and Yale University.
